High Quality
Quality must be built in, not just tacked on.
Quality begins by taking the time to understand our clients' businesses, and work with
them to develop an on-line marketing strategy appropriate to their objectives. The Web
site that results is custom-tailored to meet specific needs.
Quality is also built into the file structure of the Web site which is designed to grow
as the Web site begins to attract new customers and warrants offering new products
on-line.
Quality is important in places the client doesn't observe it, too. We believe in
writing HTML code that makes the pages pleasant for all viewers. We design your
site so all can gain meaningful information, but which are optimized for the most popular
(and advanced) Web browsers.
Quality is coordinating graphics size and background texture for maximum readability
and bandwidth consideration. Quality that is built-in with the client's customers clearly
in mind. But quality doesn't need to be priced extravagantly.
Modest Prices
It is our conviction that quality Web sites can be produced for modest investments,
well within the means of home businesses and small businesses.
I am outraged at some of the price gouging going on! We had a client for whom we bid a
job at $675. He had another bid for the same work for $10,000. That is unconscionable! It
is taking advantage of customers who don't know any better.
Our value of modest prices derives from our conviction that value is produced by
honesty, hard work, and built-in quality. If our purpose is to delight the customer, then
we must treat the customer as we would like to be treated in a similar situation: with
fairness, consideration, and honesty.
Delighting the Client
When we listen to our clients' needs and desires, and combine that with our experience
of how to market on the Internet and what can be done with the medium of HTML, we produce
quality Web sites.
Our aim is to give the client even more than he or she expected. Not mere satisfaction,
but delight.
That's the way our business will grow. If we turn out a shoddy or overpriced product,
we won't stay in business long. The word will spread rapidly.
But if our clients are truly delighted, they won't be able to help referring someone
else to us. Word of mouth is the best advertising.
Bringing Prosperity
As important as quality, modest prices, and customer delight are, however, they are not
the bottom line. The bottom line is the bottom line. Ultimately, the client is developing
a Web site in order to make money.
I wish we could guarantee profits. But we'd be fools if we promised "overnight
riches on the Information Superhighway" like the slick salesmen who go from one city
to another signing up unsuspecting businesspeople with overpriced, overpromised, overhyped
Web sites they can hardly afford.
We tell you the truth. No one can guarantee you success. Success comes from a happy
confluence of the right product or service sold at the right time at the right price to
the right target market with the right mix of marketing tools.
What we will promise you, however, is our best counsel on how to set up a Web site
which is most likely to benefit your organization's bottom line. We'll also suggest some
ways that through your own aggressive hard work you can attract people to your Web site
and influence them to purchase your products.
